PURCHASES AND ORDERS
To purchase, simply browse the online catalogue and click on the picture of the item that you wish to buy. Then add your requirements to your shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection(s), click on 'Checkout' and you will then be asked for a few details to enable your order to be processed.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, and Solo in sterling pounds only (GBP). Credit and Debit cards are debited prior to product dispatch. We also accept payment via Paypal.
Order acceptance and completion of contract between buyer and The Gift will commence from point of dispatch unless buyer is notified that order is not accepted prior to dispatch. Buyer may also cancel the order during this time via email/telephone by quoting the relevant order number.
The Gift reserves the right to refuse order at any given time. Any payment(s) made to the seller up until that point will be returned to buyer in full.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted during the order by the use of 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted once payment is accepted. They will not be held in clear text on any web site
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The Gift will aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days. Standard delivery times should fall within the following guideline:
2 - 3 working days (UK) A signature will be required to confirm receipt of goods*
5 - 7 working days (Europe)
7 - 10 working days (Outside of UK & Europe)
The guideline above is an approximate only. Proof of postage and tracking number can be provided upon request*
The Gift shall have no liability for the delay in the delivery of goods made by the Postal Services and/or any event out of our reasonable control.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We are confident that you will be happy with your choice of purchase, but we do have a 7 day guarantee return policy in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the item.
The Gift reserves the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
Subject to the sight of goods, the cost of the item excluding postage will then be refunded back in to the buyers account.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Gift respects your privacy and will not share your personal data with any third parties. We also fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Electronic Communications Act 2002.
Cookies are used on the shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
The details provided, not including your email address, may be used to keep you informed about our future promotions.
